This article from Marriage Partnership is about the practice of some women’s magazines to embellish the facts when writing about the subject of sex. I thought the image was a good parody of the over-the-top, airbrush-perfect models that festoon the covers of women’s magazines.
One reader wrote to tell us that when he saw the image, he was moved to lustful thoughts, asked to cancel his subscription, and vowed he would never open our magazine again. I just hope he doesn’t stumble onto this page on the internet.
